Witnessed Gang Bangers Told NOT TO FOLLOW ME AFTER AGE 50… and Not to Come Back to Certain Neighborhoods EVER.

This really happened in the 1970s. Some gangster women arranged pay offs for migrants in the area I am in and it looked like some/all migrants were TOLD NOT TO EVER COME BACK. There will not be more pay offs. Some were also told in L.A. “There will be no more pay offs after Clem dies.” By now at least two maybe more have actually DIED. I believe that I was told the teen Clem “died” decades ago.
