I met gang people who were BEING PAID in San Diego, CA to be “criminal me” people, carrying cash, making deals. This was in the 1970s. Some may have been paid to take me around San Diego to meet people. Some actually did tell people, “Please don’t rob these people, they’ve already been hit upon.”
I NEVER GOT ONE OF THOSE STIPENDS or the associated connections. Which means I was NEVER A FUNDED “gang member”. That’s why I don’t know what is going on at any of the courthouses nor do I know anyone at them like an associate, contact or a friend. Only in passing while they were professionals.
It also means I NEVER PAID FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING OF MYSELF because I never knew who was involved to start or stop something. I never learned who was who in any city.
