This may be important to some people. Why I was so limited and unable to even return phone calls at times. Why I was NOT given money and why I was NOT given(full contact info) people to “pay off” in life.

Very likely Russians did this, criminal ones.” My response, yes looks that way. The 1970s were criminal to adults also. There was a lot of crazy going on. I was criminalized very young, and I was TOLD that it was because two people wanted my identity “for work in the United States”… one looked like a blond “Shanoe” male and one looked like a shortish dark haired “Donna” woman. He actually injured my hands when I was very young, it caused me to not be able to feed myself they hurt too much. REMINDERS are good for all, huh?
*I have had a better chance to in recent years. Mostly just people out in public(including law enforcement system), not work-related.
