Who saw him there? Without saying too much, he was “flipping tables”. My question is, who is he trying to punish? The punished or the punishers? I worry sometimes that “law enforcement” bears down hard on individuals, not corporations… holding a stack of rules and forgetting what it means to apply them correctly.
I wish to remind everyone, whatever threats and abuse I’ve suffered from the court system in California, mostly southern California… I have only been charged with NON-VIOLENT crimes. Whether they stick me with felonies or misdemeanors… they are still non-violent ones and there was no mens rea. Most of my writings online were from a scared, terrorized, geek person.
It should be noted, the whole reason there is a mental health court is to review people who have done things under duress or influence.
Anyone violent or non-violent sent to the mental health courts at all by the other courts means there is something not right enough to simply sentence them for something civil or criminal.
